Super Bowl LX is in the books, and now Chicago Bears fans can focus on the 2026 season, where they hope will end in the team making the grand finale.

The Bears finished the season with an 11-6 record, winning the NFC North and taking down the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Wild Card game. Chicago exceeded every expectation for the season, and now they enter the new year with bigger dreams.

According to some conspiracy theorists, that might be the reality for the Bears after the new logo was unveiled for Super Bowl LXI. Based on the logo's color scheme, it appears the Bears will play the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2027 at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California.

New color theory has Chicago Bears playing in the Super Bowl in 2027

There has been a common theory that the color scheme of the Super Bowl logo usually indicates the two teams that will be playing in the game. Chicago's orange and the blueish-green of the wave in the logo are closer to the Jaguars' colors.

Obviously, these kinds of theories always get debunked by whoever makes them, but this one might have legs. If fans don't focus so much on the color and the talent on each roster, a Bears-Jaguars Super Bowl isn't the craziest idea in the world.

Both teams went from missing the playoffs in 2024 to winning their divisions in 2025, with double-digit win totals. While the Bears made it further in the playoffs, both teams made the postseason with first-year head coaches: Jacksonville's Liam Coen and Chicago's Ben Johnson.

They each have a lot of potential for the team with young talent that could make huge strides in 2026. Also, young quarterbacks Trevor Lawrence and Caleb Williams are the future of the NFL.

Nobody should believe the color theory on the Super Bowl logo, but Bears fans hope this one comes true and they can make it to the big game. Experts are already predicting them to be in it, so Chicago definitely has a chance.
