Watch Ben Johnson's first moments as the Chicago Bears' head coach

The NFL world is still buzzing over the fact that the Chicago Bears were able successfully land Ben Johnson as their next head coach.

Johnson was the belle of the ball in terms of this offseason's hiring cycle. For a Chicago Bears' team that is hoping to have success defined by the ascension of Caleb Williams at the quarterback position, Johnson was always the perfect candidate.

Johnson being a perfect candidate didn't just apply to the Bears. While the Bears have yet to officially announce the hiring, video emerged on Tuesday morning of Johnson's arrival at Halas Hall.

Say what you want about the process the Bears had up until this point, the fact remains they identified Johnson as their primary target and agreed to a contract with him on the first day that NFL rules allowed them to do so.

In the past, Bears fans knew exactly where they were when the team acquired various talents such as Jay Cutler, Julius Peppers, Justin Fields, and Caleb Williams. The hiring of Johnson likely will have a similar impact.
