Bears Draft Prospects: A Baker’s Dozen of the Top Safeties
12. Myron Rolle, 6-2, 215, Florida State
Rolle has been out of football for the last year. Why? Because the dude is some kind of genius who was awarded a Rhodes Scholarship to study at Oxford. Aside from his giant brain, Rolle has good measurables and good instincts, even after a year away from football.
The big concern I have with Rolle is that he is going to bail after a couple of seasons to pursue his academic pursuits, where he has aspirations of working in a medical field. Remember Robert Smith from the Vikings?
