Five Chicago Bears to watch in preseason Week 2: Offense
Trey Burton
Last week we got a bit of a look into how the Chicago Bears will utilize Adam Shaheen. It felt like some questions were answered concerning how involved Shaheen will be. Make no mistake; he is going to see the field a good amount in 2018.

With that in mind, will get a similar glimpse into what Trey Burton can do at all this preseason? Burton saw the field a bit in Week One but was quickly put back on the shelf. We should see him a bit in Week three, but this could be a chance to mix and match him and Shaheen before the game.
It feels as though no matter what, this will be our most extended look at Trey Burton in this offense. They should run a play or two to him and use him in motion pre-snap. It is not like Burton is a bonafide known quantity in the NFL.
They should put him out there for a little bit and see what they have in him. Of all of the tight ends, he will be the player to keep an eye on when it comes to usage.
