56. Marvin Hall, WR

The second of the Halls at wide receiver. Marvin Hall was signed as a free agent just before the draft. He is another player who is going to compete, and maybe just on the fringe of the roster.

When looking into Hall, he has a similar profile to Taylor Gabriel. It is not surprising that Hall was signed to replace Gabriel in Atlanta, and now he is catching on in Chicago.

The Chicago Bears are not looking to get rid of Taylor Gabriel. However, they know injuries happen, and they know that they can save cap space next year if one of the Halls were to catch on by the end of the season.

Due to the injuries of Emanuel, Marvin gets the first crack at making the 53-man roster. However, the Bears also can get Emanuel to the IR, or practice squad easier.

Marvin Hall is a pure speed player, and his upside is giving the Bears a similar season to Taylor Gabriel last season. Maybe slightly lower numbers.

However, his downside is being let go because of the copious number of receivers ahead of him, and Emanuel Hall presenting much more longterm intrigue. 2019 is a huge summer for Marvin Hall.
