2. Avoid turnovers

This is an obvious key for each game, but with Chase Daniel probably starting at quarterback for the injured Trubisky this is even more important.

The Bears seem to be limited on offense right now, while the defense is just completing dominating the other teams. But even the best defenses will give up points if put in short field situations.

If the Bears don’t turn the ball over the defense will probably never be set up in that situation and the chances the Raiders can continually move the ball 70+ plus yards to score are not great. The defense has been that good, where it is really tough for the other team to sustain any sort of long drives. And if they do, they aren’t doing it consistently.

Chicago doesn’t want to have to completely rely on the defense in every game, but with the way they are playing the offense just needs to score around 20 points and they should be more than good.

So the offense needs to take advantage of short fields, get the points when they can and not turn the ball over and they should be in great shape. Don’t put the defense in tough situations and they will take care of the rest.

The Bears will probably give the offense great field position throughout the game, they just need to avoid doing the same for the Raiders.
