Who are the 24th and 23rd most valuable players on the Chicago Bears 2020 roster?

We have been counting down to the start of the Chicago Bears 2020 season by ranking the entire roster from 90 all the way down to number one. We have hit each player through number 25 already, and we are now onto number 24 and 23. Remember, this is looking solely at their value in the 2020 season and will look into how important it is for them to have a strong season for the Bears to get back to the playoffs.

With that in mind, who are players 24, and 23 on our list?

24. Roy Robertson-Harris

Last Year: 26

2018 Ranking: 26

23. Bilal Nichols

Last Year: 21

We will lump these two together since they are very similar. Roy Robertson-Harris once again in a contract year. Bilal Nichols, on the other hand, is in a crucial third season. His rookie season was sensational, but as shown in his two spot drop, injuries, and a small dip in play came in year two.

As we uncovered this offseason, Nichols is used more often on run downs, while RRH is the better pass rusher. The Bears have been able to find a way to mix and match their best traits to get the best of a third defensive lineman to play next to Eddie Goldman.

dark. Next. Setting realistic expectations for Cole Kmet

So, it is hard to separate the two. The Bears would like Nichols to take a step forward, and extend him, while they may be more comfortable with letting RRH test the market after this season. Still, they would love to see RRH hit his maximum value before he heads out the door.

Both are fringe starters and are ranked accordingly.
