2. Allen Robinson

Last Year: 9

Allen Robinson is one of the higher risers on this list. However, if you watched the 2019 season, you have to agree with the ranking. In a season where arguably everyone, even the players on this list, regressed. Allen Robinson didn’t.

It wasn’t that he didn’t regress, but he got much better. He was quite clearly the most consistent player on the offense, and at times, was the entire life of the offense.

Now, heading into 2020, the Bears are hoping to get an extension done with Robinson. If they were to take him out of the offense, you can argue there is not a single threat who demands extra attention.

Quarterback is valuable, but the Bears are in a situation where they have two. Neither will have any chance of success without Robinson playing as he did in 2019 or better.

His play on the field warranted it, and the Bears’ success on offense hinges on him. That is why Allen Robinson has shot up to number two on the top player’s list.
