Allen Robinson once again proved why he deserves a contract extension

MVP: Allen Robinson

Allen Robinson was the MVP of this game for the Chicago Bears in my opinion. Whether it was Foles or Trubisky throwing to him, he did a great job of getting open against these Atlanta defenders all game.

Going into this game I thought if the Bears put real pressure on the Falcons secondary they would be successful and Allen Robinson did just that. With all the drama surrounding Robinson and the Bears this season, it was good to see him just go out and put up numbers.

Allen had 10 catches, 123 yards, and a touchdown in this game. He was abusing Atlanta corners all game and was a major part of this Bears victory.

Final Thoughts:

David Montgomery had a very poor game but I feel some of that blame can go to the offensive line. Rookie receiver Darnell Mooney was quiet today only getting two catches for 19 yards. My final thought and perhaps the most important is that once again the Bears were lucky to win this game.

Through three games this season the Bears have stolen two wins at the end of the game. The three teams they have played have a combined one win this season. When Chicago plays some better teams they will have to clean it up and show they can beat some of these teams outright. Either way though, 3-0 is 3-0
