The Chicago Bears should look to add Will Fuller to the mix

In my opinion, Javon Wims should no longer be a part of the Chicago Bears roster after his actions yesterday. Not that Wims was making any major impacts on the field anyway, but the Chicago Bears should see what the Houston Texans would take for Will Fuller. Fuller has battled injuries every year of his career, but when healthy is one of the best in the league.

Fuller already has five touchdowns this season and would be useful to this Bears’ weak offense. Fuller also has three games with over 100 receiving yards this season. As a team, the Bears only have two games (both Allen Robinson) where a receiver has gained over 100 yards.

Like Darnell Mooney, Fuller would bring speed to the offense. As good as Anthony Miller looked at times yesterday, he has been too inconsistent. With Allen Robinson as the top target, Fuller would instantly fill in as the number two option. Mooney would be a close third and Miller would find himself sprinkled into the mix. That would be a fantastic wide receiver group.

Now the question would come as to what the cost for Fuller would be. Honestly, with his injury history and the fact Fuller will be a free agent after the 2021 season, he should be able to be had for a fifth-round draft pick. The most any team should give up for his is a third.
