Chicago Bears should target one of these free agent tackles

Chicago Bears free agent offensive tackle targets: Taylor Moton
Staying in Carolina, the Panthers have a tough situation brewing on their offensive line. Both Okung and Taylor Moton are entering free agency, and the Panthers very well may only be able to keep one of them. If given the choice, they could opt for the bigger name in Okung, leaving Moton for another team to scoop up.

If Moton hits free agency, the Panthers would actually be letting the more consistent tackle go. Believe it or not, Moton has been even better than Okung over the last few seasons. He’s not a name the average fan may have heard of, but if you’re a Bears fan, you may want to get accustomed to the name.
Moton is a perfect target for the Bears. He’s one of the best pass-blocking tackles in the league, but could he play left tackle for Chicago if Leno is gone? That’s the tough question.
After being selected in the second round out of Western Michigan back in 2016, Moton has spent his entire early career with Carolina. For the past three seasons, Moton has started every single game without fail. So, the one thing we know for sure is that this guy is as dependable as they come. Health is not a question mark.
At just 26 years old, the Bears would be looking at forking out some serious cash for an offensive tackle that will surely get plenty of attention this spring. If they figure out a way to move some money around, Moton could be a big-time upgrade in Chicago.
