Chicago Bears fans thank you Washington Football Team

Alright, if I am being honest, I really have nothing to thank the Washington Football Team for. Washington was selecting 19th overall, one spot ahead of the Chicago Bears’ original pick. In that sense, I guess I should be grateful that your organization did not attempt to move up and draft Justin Fields too. Not that I believe your quarterback room is any good, Ryan Fitzpatrick should at least spark the offense some in 2021.

As a Chicago Bears fan, I also thank your organization for giving Ron ‘Riverboat’ Rivera another head coaching opportunity. He is a strong coach and should help your organization find sustained success.

Next. An Aaron Rodgers trade would be bittersweet. dark

Since there is nothing left to thank your organization for, please pass along a message to every team that picked second overall through 10th overall for me and other Chicago Bears fans. The fact that those teams allowed the second-best quarterback prospect and third-best prospect overall to fall into the Chicago Bears’ grasp was a big mistake. Chicago Bears have every right to feel excited as Justin Fields finally breaks the cycle of poor quarterback play in the Windy City.
