3. Allen Robinson

This one is very similar to Mooney. In fact, Robinson ranked 21 worst in RACR, meaning a lot of his air yards were being left on the table last year. Yes, Robinson can produce more next year on the same, or less targets if QB play improves.

This would be huge not only for the Chicago, but for himself.  Robinson is on the franchise tag this year and he signed the tag quick because the free agent market was not what he thought. The salary cap should even out in 2021 with fans in the stands, and if Robinson is coming off of a career year, this could be a giant pay day that Robinson gets out of it.

You may have heard this one before but Robinson does not have a long list of quality quarterbacks throwing him the ball throughout his career. He is not far off from DeAndre Hopkins and Larry Fitzgerald in terms of QB support.

Even with Andy Dalton you can argue that Robinson will see his best passer. However, with a rookie QB looking to feed a trusted veteran, Robinson could see the huge pay off.
