1. Chicago Bears Free Agent Target: Ryan Jensen, C – Buccaneers

Projected Contract: 3 years/30 million dollars

Ryan Jensen has been selected as my number one target in the offseason for Chicago based on how badly the Bears need a solution at center. Jensen has always been viewed as a premier center in the league and will provide immediate value upon being installed as the starting center.

Sam Mustipher showed flashes as a rookie but the Bears simply cannot afford to sit around and wait for him to develop at the risk of Justin Fields. Mustipher was a liability all season at center and that position needs to be addressed.

Jensen also fits Ryan Poles’, and Matt Eberflus’ philosophies to a tee as all offseason we have heard Poles and Eberflus not only talk about addressing the offensive line but becoming a nasty and violent football team. Which is a Ryan Jensen calling card, Jensen is best described as a player you love when he’s on your team but you hate playing against him.
