The Chicago Bears have plenty of decisions to make when it comes to free agents. They have a long list of free agents internally and will also be eyeing names who could sneak away from their current team. Another thing to keep an eye on is cut candidates, particularly from the Cleveland Browns.

The Browns went into last year thinking they had a championship roster and wound up missing the playoffs. Now, the team has to reload and try to improve the roster. Who are three players who could be let go that the Chicago Bears could be eyeing up?

3. Could Chicago Bears sign Jarvis Landry?

There are already rumors that the Cleveland Browns could be letting go of Jarvis Landry. It is hard to find a trade partner, and the team will save nearly $15M in cap space by moving on from Landry. Trading for him means taking on that salary and most teams know that the Browns will not pay it and are going to wait it out until he gets let go.

If Landry is let go, he would make sense with the Chicago Bears. Mainly because they have no other options at wide receiver currently. Darnell Mooney is signed and the rest of the room is up for grabs.

If Landy is let go, he will not sign for $15M and truly would be expected to sign for something less than $10M. If that is the case, then a reliable slot wideout, who is older, but never relied on his explosion could be a nice fit for the price.
