The Chicago Bears should try to trade for A.J. Brown before the draft

For a little while now, there has been speculation in regards to Tennessee Titans wide receiver A.J.Brown being traded. Of course, Brown is one of those talented wideouts who is in the market for a new contract. Titans GM Jon Robinson has said he doesn’t “foresee that happening,” when asked about trading Brown. But, we all know those words mean nothing until a deal is actually done.

While so many players seem to be in the news lately wanting new deals, removing their team’s graphics from social media, or even being vocal about the situation, Brown is a name that’s definitely in the conversation. Recently, Brown and Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts were spotted working out together, only adding fuel to the rumors.

In this deal, the Bears would go straight for the aggression. Poles would send next year’s first-round pick, a fourth-rounder next year, and this year’s third-rounder in exchange for Brown and a sixth-round pick, which would come in at pick No. 205.

This way, the Bears still have six picks in the draft and next year, Poles will have to figure out another way to recoup some capital.

Brown would immediately change the offensive landscape, giving Justin Fields a legitimate number one receiver who has the size, strength, and speed of an alpha. At just 24 years old, Brown has caught 185 passes for 2,995 yards and 24 touchdowns in his first three seasons.
