1. Green. Bay Packers: Rob Tonyan, Mercedes Lewis, Josiah Deguara

This was the toughest decision to make, mainly from Robert Tonyan. If you stack up Tonyan with Kmet and Hockenson he may be the lowest-ranked prospect. Tonyan his 586 yards in 2020, and missed the year after with an ACL injury.

He has shown more than Irv Smith, but Kmet and Hockenson have each had better years in their career than Tonyan, touchdowns aside. Still, Kmet, Tonyan, and Hockenson are all close enough that the difference would turn into depth.

With that, Lewis is the best second tight end. He is an elite blocker and has enough RedZone upside to be trusted in the area. Beyond Lewis being the top-depth option, Josiah Deguara is a pretty stable option as well.

With the best number three and number two option, the fact that the top option is right around Hockenson and Kmet gets them to number one overall as the best room from top to bottom.
