3 over/unders for Byron Pringle with Chicago Bears in 2022
2. Over or Under 390 receiving yards
ESPN has Pringle projected for 390 receiving yards in 2022. That is a big drop from the 568 yards he had last season. Still, with 330 yards in his first two seasons, the 390 yards is too low.
Still, considering he had 568 yards on 42 catches, you could see 390 yards pretty low for 36 catches. That is six fewer catches than the season prior with 178 yards.
Considering he could easily get more targets and catches, and he could go over on just 36 catches this looks like another bet to go over on. Velus Jones is expected to be used more near the line of scrimmage.
Pringle can get deep down the field at times, and often was doing for the Chiefs, which is why his yards per catch was high. That can be a product of his quarterback, but also his role in the offense, which Ryan Poles obviously knows well.
With a lack of depth to take targets and yards away from him, the safer bet is that he will go over 400 yards.
