4. Sam Kamara

One of the more impressive performances from the Chicago Bears’ second preseason game against Seattle was Sam Kamara. Ryan Pace has been developing Kamara, and he has had a strong success rate with these types of UDFAs.

Kamara flashed some excellent bend that shows up on tape whether you are playing starters or depth pieces. It looks like he is coming into his own after a couple of years, and the question will be whether Ryan Poles can see it or not.

With that in mind, Kamara will be playing for a roster spot Saturday. The edge rusher room is deep, but he could join in with a player like Dominique Robinson as depth.

If Kamara does not, he probably will look to find a job elsewhere. The scheme changed, and the front office not being on his side hurt, and after his game against Seattle, some team will take a flyer on him.

So, for Chicago Bears, it is a decision of whether he will make the team, or they will move on completely. This will put his performance under the spotlight in a big way.
