2. Byron Pringle remains WR4

In week one we saw Dante Pettis as the third wide receiver over Byron Pringle with Equanimeous St. Brown and Darnell Mooney leading the way. In week two, we saw the same rotation. Through two weeks Byron Pringle has played 24 snaps while Dante Pettis has played 46. It is not close, Pettis has been the third wide receiver, and Pringle is just a rotational fourth.

The real question is whether or not this will last. Pringle was signed to a bigger deal than ESB and Pettis this offseason, and the team thought he could be their number two, or even one after how Mooney has played.

Still, an injury sidelined him. Now, the question is whether they are easing him back in, or whether they prefer what Pettis and ESB are doing. After the first week, it was easy to justify keeping ESB and Pettis over Pringle. Now, Pringle is another week removed from the injury, and the passing game looked bad. Will they look to get Pringle more involved next week?
