Should the Chicago Bears be buyers at the deadline?

I think the easy answer is yes, the Bears should look to add weapons as their receiving core is likely a bottom three unit and their offensive line is likely a bottom five unit. But the Bears need to look long-term here and they should only trade for a player if they have long-term value to this team.

Players who have long-term value to this team could be either D.J. Moore or Elijah Moore, two names who have been rumored to be moved at the deadline. I doubt D.J. Moore is moved, but Elijah Moore just requested a trade this last week as he is upset with his role in New York, and I think trading for him would be a good move.

There are a few other names out there that could make sense. As you can see, the team should be more than just sellers or buyers, Ryan Poles should be looking to improve in any way possible and this could mean both selling and buying at the 2022 NFL trade deadline. We will have to wait to see exactly what they do, but any move at this point could probably be justified.
