1. Chicago Bears OC Luke Getsy has figured things out

Through the first four weeks, it was probably easier to blame Luke Getsy than Justin Fields for the Chicago Bears’ failure. Then, you finally saw that Getsy realized what he was working with. He started to call plays to the skillset of his quarterback, and just like that, his quarterback is playing the best football of his career.

There have been a few obvious changes. Luke Getsy is calling for Justin Fields to run more. He is calling more play-action, and also getting fields out of the pocket more often.

Beyond that, his run game is creative, although it does help to have a prime rushing threat at quarterback. Either way, no one has flipped their stock more from late September through now than Luke Getsy, and that includes Justin Fields.
