2. Caleb Williams took another step against Carolina. Don't let naysayers tell you otherwise.

Caleb Williams was outstanding against Carolina. He had another 300-yard passing performance, barely making any noticeable mistakes after his first pass attempt was almost picked off.

He and DJ Moore finally hooked up not only once but twice in an offensive outburst the fans had long been waiting for. The second touchdown he threw just before halftime was simply mesmerizing.

That is the kind of throw elite quarterbacks always make, and the Bears have been on the receiving end many times. Only in his fifth game, he was in command, and his ability to change plays at the line of scrimmage and identify the blitz pre-snap is another sign of his growth and the trust the team has in him.

The Bears fans should ignore anyone who takes a shot at him because the Bears beat a shorthanded Carolina team.
