6. My Prediction for the Bears vs. Jaguars

Jacksonville finally won their first game of the season, outscoring their divisional rival Indianapolis Colts 37-34 despite a heroic effort by 39-year-old veteran Joe Flacco, who kept the Colts in the game.

Now they head to London where they are 6-5 all time.

With a win against the Colts, the talk of Doug Pedersen getting fired will cool off for now after rumors of him losing the locker room surfaced. He can also thank the New York Jets after they fired their head coach Robert Saleh on Tuesday morning and taking the attention away from him.

The Bears defense must contain running back Tank Bigsby, who ran for 101 yards including a 65-yard touchdown run. The run defense has been a problem for the Bears so they must contain him and Travis Etienne.

Caleb Williams will go up against Trevor Lawrence, another former No.1 overall pick. He is coming off his career best against the Colts where he threw for 371 yards and two touchdowns on his birthday. The Bears' secondary is without Jaquan Brisker and cornerback Tyrique Stevenson, who is now doubtful on Sunday after suffering an injury during practice on Thursday. The secondary will be put to the test against the rookie Brian Thomas Jr., Christian Kirk, Gabe Davis, and tight end Evan Engram.

They have heavily invested in their defensive line, which features former first-overall pick Travon Walker, Josh-Hines Allen, ex-49er Arik Armstead, and ex-Bear Roy Robertson-Harris. And yet their defense is ranked 30th overall so far. Flacco threw for 359 yards and three touchdowns as their best cornerback, Tyson Campbell, remains out. The Bears must protect Williams and let him exploit their secondary. This game could turn into a bit of a shootout.

Prediction: Bears 34-24
