Vibes are high around Chicago thanks to a four-game winning streak for the Chicago Bears. They'll try to make it five in a row when they head to Baltimore this Sunday to take on the 1-5 Baltimore Ravens.
Can the Bears keep the good times rolling in Week 8? Or will the Ravens get back on the track to keep their postseason dreams alive?
Bear Goggles On contributors' Week 8 predictions
The Baltimore Ravens are getting healthy at the worst time for the Chicago Bears. Not only do they get Lamar Jackson back, but Roquan Smith will be in the lineup to give them their QB on both sides. Baltimore is desperate, while Chicago is coming off a few last-second wins and a less-than-stellar win against the Saints. This catches up to them as the Ravens cruise.

The banged-up Baltimore Ravens are not as bad as their 1-5 record may indicate, and it is easy to think that they are going to get right against a potentially over-confident 4-2 Chicago Bears team. Still, coach Ben Johnson has quickly changed the culture, and he has proven to his team that if they can stay in games, they will have opportunities to win in the final moments. Look for the Bears to nab their biggest victory of the season thus far on the road.
Bears: 30, Ravens: 26 - Peter Jurich
The Bears will need to stick to the same script that helped them win their last two games—running the ball and relying on their defense. Caleb Williams will play better after a lackluster performance against the Saints. Loveland will finally get his first career NFL touchdown.
Bears: 27, Ravens: 24 - Steven Negishi
This might be the absolute worst time to play the Ravens. Lamar Jackson is expected to return to the lineup. So is Roquan Smith. Derrick Henry sounds rejuvenated and refocused coming off the bye, and the entire team is desperate for a win. Don't let the 1-5 record fool you, either. The Ravens lost three of those games to the Chiefs, Bills, and Lions-- all top-tier teams. The other two losses came with Jackson and Smith sidelined. Feels like a massive get-right game for Baltimore.

Lamar Jackson brings a whole new dynamic to the game that not many quarterbacks can replicate. The good news is the Bears already got a taste of that with Jayden Daniels and the Commanders. Chicago needs to be careful, though, as the Ravens are getting healthy at the right time with Jackson and Roquan Smith looking like they are back. This game comes down to whether Caleb Williams can elevate his game with his recent accuracy issues. As much as Bears fans want to keep the win streak going, the Ravens are the more desperate team and have all their pieces back for a surprise playoff run.
