After the Chicago Bears' dominant victory over the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday, it was easy for fans to start feeling good about this team again. As for the Cowboys? Well, things have been better.
Noted Cowboys super fan and hot take artist, Skip Bayless, took to his social media account after his team's loss. To no one's surprise, Skip was very, very unhappy with what he saw from the Cowboys in Week 3. Funny enough, though, is that he tried to shade the Bears a little bit before going on his lengthy rant.
"I just didn't see THAT coming... not at Chicago against the team that just lost 51-21 to Detroit... not against that defense without its best corner..."
Skip sure did have a similar tone to many Bears fans after that horrific loss. This fan base wasn't sure how to feel going into this game, especially coming off that brutal Week 2 loss in Detroit. But, Ben Johnson, Caleb Williams and company got it done.
Skip Bayless drowned in his misery for over 19 minutes after the Bears beat the Cowboys
"That happened...," he moaned.
Yes it did, Skip. Yes. It. Did.
"I'm exhausted from watching it. I'm tortured from watching it. I'm sick to my stomach from watching it."
I'm not sure what was funnier in listening to Skip's 19-minute rant -- and no, I did not watch the entire video. No one can afford to give him that kind of time.
But, in skipping through bits and pieces, he took his attention back over to the Green Bay Packers and Micah Parsons. He tried shading Parsons and saying he got outplayed by Myles Garrett and the Cleveland Browns.
"Micah will slowly reveal himself to be not what they (the Packers) think that he was," Bayless said. "He got outplayed today by Myles Garrett at Cleveland by a legit, powerful, strong Cleveland defense."
Really, you could say that Sunday of Week 3 was the absolute perfect storm for the Bears. Skip went reeling after the Cowboys loss and had to take out his anger not only on Dallas, but Parsons and Green Bay. It couldn't have gotten any better. This was a content goldmine for Bears fans.

Forget whatever the latest Netflix standup comedy special might happen to be. Just a few clips of Mr. Hyperbole, himself, after a Week 3 Bears win over Dallas, will suffice.
