Everyone continues to doubt this Chicago Bears football team, and while they don't win the prettiest games, never count them out.

The Bears stormed back from being down 18 points at halftime against the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Wild Card to take them down 31-27 in dramatic style. All week, the talk before the game came from the Packers' side and how important it was for them to beat the Bears after losing to them in Week 16. Not as much talk from Chicago's side on that front.

It was clear that the Bears heard that talk from the Packers and took it personally, starting with head coach Ben Johnson. After the game in his press conference, Johnson had something to say about all that chatter from Green Bay, Wisconsin, all week.

"There was probably a little bit more noise coming out of their building up north to start the week, which we heard loud and clear, players and coaches alike," Johnson said via 670 The Score's Chris Emma. "So, this one meant something to us."

Bears got the last word in after beating Packers in the postseason

It was far from a clean game from the Bears, with just six points through three quarters and two turnovers, but they turned it on when they needed to the most. They scored 25 points in the fourth quarter to pull off one of the most stunning comeback wins in NFL postseason history.

One year ago, if that Bears team had faced a deficit like that, it would have ended in a blowout loss for the Bears. This Chicago team, though, is built differently from any other team in Bears history.

That comeback win and game-winning drive led by Bears star quarterback Caleb Williams is the seventh one of the season, the most in the NFL. The 2025 Bears, when they face a deficit, the game is nowhere near over.

Instead, they flip the switch and play the best football in the NFL, led by Williams on offense and a defense that truly plays team football. It doesn't matter who it is on the Bears, one of those players is going to step up in the biggest moment and get it done, from DJ Moore to Jahdae Walker; that has been shown all year.

That's the kind of mentality and mindset Johnson has brought to this team that has been missing since the Lovie Smith days, and that's why the Bears are going to the Divisional Round and having a real chance of bringing home the Lombardi Trophy for the first time in nearly 40 years.
