The Chicago Bears had quite the moment after their 31-27 playoff win over the Green Bay Packers.
Emotions were high after the game, as the Bears players and coaches were feeling some kind of way, positively, after coming back from 18 points down in the second half. Bears head coach Ben Johnson gave out some game balls when he handed one to his quarterback, Caleb Williams.
After Williams addressed the team, he turned his attention to giving the game ball right back to his head coach with his first career playoff win, but Williams got emotional as he teared up talking about the impact Johnson has had on him. Bears reporters asked Williams about that moment he shared with Johnson, and he gave an honest response.
"I wasn't trying to get emotional or anything. Was just trying to have that moment with our coach."
Caleb Williams and Ben Johnson are really clicking as a duo
There were some concerns at the beginning there that this might not work out between the two. Johnson was aggressive and hard on Williams with his coaching with the quarterback even thinking that his head coach doesn't like him.
All that work together paid off as Williams broke the franchise record for passing yards in a season and led the Bears to an 11-6 record and an NFC North division title. They are now three wins away from winning a Super Bowl for the first time in 40 years, a sentence Bears fans probably didn't think they would read in 2026.

The Bears first have to get through the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC Divisional Round game. They have a great chance of winning it, though not only because of the cold weather coming in, but also because Johnson and Williams give the franchise hope that, no matter what, they can win any game at any time on any given day.
