The Chicago Bears have become must-watch TV after their stellar 2025 season, as they hope to take their show internationally.

It was announced that the Atlanta Falcons will host a home game in Madrid in the 2026 season. Among the teams that could play the Falcons, there is the Bears, who are scheduled to have a road game against Atlanta.

Chicago has taken their talents across the pond in the United Kingdom three times, with two of those games being victories for the Bears. They have played in Wembley Stadium and Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Their most recent trip to the United Kingdom was in 2024, when Caleb Williams and the Bears defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars 35-16, bringing their record to 4-2. That would be their last win of 2024, as they went on a 10-game losing streak before starting the new year with a win over the Green Bay Packers, ending the year with a 5-12 record.

Bears could be going to Madrid in 2026

The chances of the Bears playing in Madrid are very real, as the franchise has a connection to Spain. One of the two international marketing rights the Bears have is in Spain, with the other in the United Kingdom.

They have never played anywhere outside of the United Kingdom since the NFL International series began, so it would be good for the league to get the Bears in the market where their rights are. It would be a great way to get the Bears' brand in Spain.

Also, the Bears are an exciting football team after completing an NFL record seven comebacks and game-winning drives last year. Adding Williams' spectacular throws each week, everyone wants to watch the Bears.
