Last season was the first time for the Chicago Bears fan base that gave them any kind of hope that winning a Super Bowl is within striking distance.
The Bears finished the 2025 season with an 11-6 record, winning the NFC North and beating the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Wild Card, marking their first postseason win in over a decade. Bleacher Report writer Brad Gagnon believes the time is now for the Bears to win the Super Bowl, as he sees their window open between two and 10 years.
"This adjustment compared to Washington above is a reflection on my confidence in Ben Johnson as well as the support for Caleb Williams, who hasn't peaked as high as Daniels but is on a steady track. "
Bears' Super Bowl window has never been this wide open before
The Bears have all the foundation pieces in place to make a Super Bowl run within the next few years. Mostly importantly, they have the head coach in Ben Johnson and the quarterback in Caleb Williams to get the job done in the next 10 years.
Their offense is in such a good place with two All-Pro offensive linemen there already. The weapons are there as well between Rome Odunze, Luther Burden, Colston Loveland, D'Andre Swift, and Kyle Monangai.
In the next year, the defense needs some work as they did not improve as much this offseason as Bears fans were hoping. They did add Coby Bryant, Devin Bush, and Dillon Thieneman that will help returning guys like Montez Sweat, Jaylon Johnson, Kyler Gordon, and Gervon Dexter out.

This is a team that is going to be in the conversation to win a Super Bowl for a long time mostly because of what Johnson and general manager Ryan Poles have built in Chicago. The Bears are a piece or two away from finding a way to take home the Lombardi Trophy.
