The Chicago Bears fan base has been waiting for a Super Bowl since the mid 80s and the long wait continues through 2026, but some extra motivation was just found.

Chicago signed safety Coby Bryant in the offseason, as he is coming off winning a Super Bowl with the Seattle Seahawks last season. The Bears hope that veteran experience will help the young franchise out with learning how to win and what needs to be done to do the right things.

Bryant departed from his Bears team for a bit so he could go pick up his Super Bowl ring with the Seahawks. Chicago's newest safety went on social media to show off the new ring and had a message for the Bears hopeful.

“Blessed! Bear down now tho!”

Over the last year, the culture and mindset has changed for the Bears as they have learned what it takes to be winners. Adding Bryant into the picture is more of the same to have that culture in place.

Things are a bit different in 2026, though, as many from the 2025 Bears team is back for another season and continuing to bring that culture in place. It helps that they were able to have an NFL record seven comebacks and game-winning drives to show that they are for real.

One thing the team could learn from Bryant is how the Seahawks won three straight postseason games to take home the Super Bowl. The combination of great offense and defense helped Seattle score another Super Bowl title in the last two decades.

Maybe Bryant's good luck charm from that Seahawks team will rub off on the Bears in 2026 and finally bring home a Lombardi Trophy to the Windy City.
