The Chicago Bears have completed the 2026 NFL Draft after an up-and-down roller coaster ride for the team out of the Windy City.

All the fun started in the first round when the Bears selected Oregon safety Dillon Thieneman with the 25th overall pick of the draft. Bears general manager Ryan Poles and head coach Ben Johnson have stayed busy since, working hard to bring in some great talent to help on offense and defense.

Even if some believe the hard work has completed, it's actually after the draft is where NFL teams are working even harder as they try to bring in as many players as possible with being the first team to call a prospect. Expect the Bears to take a close look at many defensive players to build depth in the unit and get younger.

Make sure to keep up to date on all the undrafted free agent signings the Bears have, as Bear Goggles On will be periodically updating it with the players and a short analysis

Running list of Chicago Bears undrafted free agent signings

Dain Walter, OL (UW-La Crosse) - Attending Rookie Minicamp: SOURCE

Walter was a three-year starter at tackle for UW-La Crosse. He was a second-team All-Conference selection in 2024.

Caden Barnett, OG (Wyoming): SOURCE

Nicknamed "The Vanilla Gorilla", Barnett was the 65th highest graded guard in the nation with a PFF grade of 71.3. He allowed 18 total pressures, six quarterback hits, and one sack on the season.

Miller Moss, QB (Louisville): SOURCE

Moss started at USC in 2024 before transferring last year to Louisville to be their new starting quarterback. In 2025, he completed 64.2% of his passes for 2,679 yards and 16 touchdowns to seven interceptions. Moss reunites with Caleb Williams as both are former USC quarterback as he will fight for the third string job.

KC Eziomume, CB (Tulane): SOURCE

Eziomume only had one pass deflection last season with Tulane. He will have to make the roster through special teams.

Gabriel Plascencia, K (San Diego State): SOURCE

Last season, Plascencia made 82.6% of his field goals and scored 92 points with a long of 53. He's made 87.8% of his field goals after playing three seasons with San Diego State. Expect him to compete with Cairo Santos for the starting kicker job, but will have a long ways to go.

Coleman Bennett, RB (Kennesaw State): SOURCE

Bennett ran for 764 yards and four touchdowns while also catching 27 passes for 314 yards and three touchdowns last season. He will have to battle with Roschon Johnson, Brittain Brown, and Deion Hankins for the RB3 job.

Hayden Large, TE (Iowa): SOURCE

Large did not play as much in 2025 for the Hawkeyes, catching eight passes for 52 yards, with a long of 17 yards. He is most likely going to try to get on the roster as a blocking tight end, but he will have an uphill battle with Sam Roush being selected in the draft.

Skyler Thomas, Safety (Oregon State): SOURCE

Last season, Thomas had 78 tackles, four pass deflections, and one interception. Special teams will have to be the key for Thomas to make the roster, but he might be able to earn the fourth and final safety spot on the depth chart.

Jayden Loving, DL (Wake Forest): SOURCE

Loving had a career season in Wake Forest last year as he had 44 tackles, three fumble recoveries, 2.5 sacks, and one pass deflection. With the depth of the defensive line, Loving will have to beat out Ty Robinson, which might be too tough to handle.

Beau Gardner, LS (Georgia): SOURCE

Gardner has been a starter at long snapper since 2023 with UCLA before tranferring to Georgia. He won the Patrick Mannelly Award last year for the nation's best long snapper and was a first-team All-American and All-SEC selection.

Josh Kreutz, C (Illnois) - Rookie Minicamp Invite: SOURCE

Kreutz is the son of former Chicago Bears starting center Olin Kreutz. Josh Kreutz was a two-time All-Big Ten selection and played all fives years at Illinois. He started 12 of 13 games at center last season.

Omari Kelly, WR (Michigan State): SOURCE

Kelly was a two-year starter with the Spartans as he caught 47 passes for 626 yards and two touchdowns last year. In 2024, he had 53 receptions for 869 yards and four touchdowns.

Jaren Kump, OL (Utah): SOURCE

Kump started 12 of 13 games at center for Utah last season and was honorable mention for the All-Big 12 team. He was a two-year starter for the Utes.

Mason Murphy, OT (Auburn): SOURCE

Last season at Auburn, Pro Football Focus graded Mason Murphy at 65.8, ranking 195th out of 632 tackles in the nation. In 476 pass-blocking snaps, Murphy allowed 32 pressures, 10 sacks, and two quarterback hits.

Christian Vaughn, RB (Hawaii) - Rookie Minicamp Invite: SOURCE

Vaughn had 19 carries for 97 yards and one catch for five yards last year. He had 101 yards rushing in 2024.
