First impressions can always leave a mark on something, and it appears that new Chicago Bears safety Coby Bryant likes what he has seen with his quarterback, Caleb Williams, so far.

Bryant signed a three-year, $40 million contract with the Bears to start on their defense and expressed his excitement about playing with Williams before officially arriving at Halas Hall. Now that he is officially in the building for the Bears' offseason program, Bryant spoke with reporters to talk about how impressed he has been with Williams' leadership.

“The leader he is, at such a young age, that’s very rare," Bryant said via CHGO. "I’ve been in the league five years, and I’ve never experienced anything like that.”

Williams has improved dramatically as a leader and face of the franchise in his two years with the Bears. Head coach Ben Johnson worked with Williams throughout last year to help the young quarterback control his emotions and show better body language, even when he is frustrated with what's going on.

If Bears fans watch Williams' press conferences, he shows the confidence and humble demeanor that have impressed everyone. He carries himself well as a franchise quarterback and continues to impress as the man the Bears are looking to win a Super Bowl with.

Last year was a good example of what Bears fans can expect from Williams in the future after throwing for 3,942 yards and 27 touchdowns to seven interceptions, leading seven comebacks and game-winning drives. Chicago finished with an 11-6 record, winning the NFC North and beating the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Wild Card.

Williams will only get better as a quarterback and a leader, which should be a scary thought for NFL fans.
