DJ Moore might just become a faint memory with Bears' scheduled 30 visit

He can replace DJ easily.

The Chicago Bears moved on from wide receiver DJ Moore via trade to the Buffalo Bills and lost Olamide Zaccheaus in free agency to the Atlanta Falcons. That left a massive hole at WR3 for the Bears.

Chicago currently rolls with Rome Odunze and Luther Burden as their top two wide receivers on the roster, but needs to find a third target in the pass, which might be found in the 2026 NFL Draft. Ole Miss wide receiver De'Zhaun Stribling shared with NFL Draft on SI's Justin Melo that he's going to be meeting with Chicago for a 30 visit.

"I had formal interviews at the NFL Combine with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Seattle Seahawks, and Los Angeles Rams. I’ve had a ton of virtual meetings, I’ve met with a lot of teams virtually, like the Seahawks, Washington Commanders, Carolina Panthers, and Tennessee Titans, earlier this week. In person, I am going to visit the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Chicago Bears, and New England Patriots."

De'Zhaun Stribling to meet with Bears for 30 visit

Stribling spent last season with the Rebels catching 55 passes for 811 yards and six touchdowns. He had also played two seasons at Washington State and two more at Oklahoma State.

The SEC wide receiver had a strong showing on the 40-yard dash with a 4.36 second run. Standing 6-foot-2 and 207 pounds, Stribling might end up being one of the most underrated receivers in the draft.

Chicago could look at him as a Day 2 selection for the team, as they have other massive needs they need to address, like edge rusher, offensive tackle, defensive tackle, and center. The Bears have Jahdae Walker, who could end up being the number three wide receiver, or recently signed Kalif Raymond could fit that role as well.

There will be some decisions that need to be made at wide receiver, but Stribling could be an interesting option for the Bears.
