Jaquan Brisker roasts Bears defense after watching Jordan Addison TD from home

This was not a good look.

As the Chicago Bears took Soldier Field in Week 12 to take on their division rival Minnesota Vikings, they were once again without a key defensive member.

Safety Jaquan Brisker has been in concussion protocol since all the way back on October 7, and was ultimately placed on injured reserve because of the injury. It's been an unusually-long stint sitting out for Brisker, considering most players come back from concussions much sooner.

Head coach Matt Eberflus commented on Brisker's status the day he was officially placed on IR, stating ""He's still going through the concussion protocol there and working through with the trainers. We'll see where that goes in terms of week-to-week."

Brisker is one of those heart-and-soul types on the Bears defense and this unit has missed his skill set dearly for nearly two months now. In any event, the Vikings' first two drives were stalled via a red zone fumble by Aaron Jones followed by a punt on drive no. 2.

On their third drive, though, wide receiver Jordan Addison took center stage and became a problem for the Bears defense. It was just a three-play drive, including one run by Cam Akers, but Addison totaled three targets (one didn't count due to a penalty).

Addison snatched an impressive 45-yard catch just seconds before scoring on the very next pass by Sam Darnold, which brought the Vikings at an even score of 7-7 with Chicago.

Now, back to Brisker and why this matters.

Jaquan Brisker called out his own Bears defense in a social media post on X before quickly deleting it

Following that drive and touchdown by Addison, the Bears safety took to social media to express a bit of sarcastic frustration.

Within minutes, Brisker started receiving responses to his post which read "Miss me yet?!!"

The Bears safety deleted his post, but screenshots live forever.

Though he deleted this post, Brisker did leave several replies from fans which he reposted; most of which were fans saying they did, indeed, miss seeing him on the field.

The fact he deleted the post goes to show he knew he was immediately in the wrong, but the action remains. Even though it was deleted, everybody knows he posted it to begin with. And, it was a bad look.

It was a bad look on Matt Eberflus. It was a bad look on Brisker, himself. It was purely a bad look all-around.

Simply for the sake of the Bears defense, hopefully Brisker can return soon. But, let's also hope he decides to keep his mouth tame and not ruin any relationships with his defensive mates.
