3. Deion Sanders, Head Coach, Colorado

The most polarizing coach in America, in any sport, is Colorado's Deion Sanders, and for good reason. He has publicly stated that he has no interest in jumping up to the NFL, but that sentiment could quickly fade as money starts talking and the opportunity for an even bigger spotlight emerges.

Sanders has turned around a Colorado program that went 1-11 last year and is now one of the more exciting teams in the country. This is a man who understands his players, first and foremost. He seeks to understand them as people, from inside out, so that he can not only develop them into great players, but great men.

It might take one more year of collegiate coaching before Sanders makes the jump, which could be a reason why he doesn't get an opportunity to work with Fields.

There is no doubt in my mind that Sanders would know what it took to put Fields in the right positions to succeed, though. The types of coaches the Bears have had in recent memory simply haven't had the ability to dive deep into who their players are, and that's what Sanders embodies. Truthfully, if Sanders couldn't help fix Fields, then no one could.
