Where does the Chicago Bears wide receiver group rank among the NFL?

This list can, for the most part, be broken up into three groups: teams that have better wide receivers than Chicago, teams that have similar wide receivers to Chicago, and teams that have worse wide receivers than Chicago. It’s also worth pointing out that this list is looking at just wide receivers instead of passing-catching units.

Although the D.J. Moore addition greatly improves the outlook of the Bears' receiver room, there are still several teams that are clearly better at the position. There’s no particular order here, as we’re more focused on finding where the Bears specifically rank than anything else.

Cincinnati Bengals

arguably the best receiver tandem of football in Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins. Further, Tyler Boyd is as good of a WR3 as there is in football.

Miami Dolphins

Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle aren’t just part of what is possibly the fastest wide receiver duo in league history; they can do the little things too. This combination of speed and skill allows the Dolphins to stretch the field in a way that no other offense can

Philadelphia Eagles

A.J. Brown and Devonta Smith couldn’t complement each other any better. It took the pair only one year together to light the league on fire.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Even though the team has regressed immensely since its Super Bowl run, Mike Evans and Chris Godwin is still a really solid duo.

San Francisco 49ers

If we decided to include all pass catchers, the 49ers might be No. 1 with Christian McCaffrey and George Kittle, but even if you just factor in wide receivers, Brandon Aiyuk, Deebo Samuel, and Juan Jennings make for a pretty lethal group.

Las Vegas Raiders

Vegas is a little too heavy, but you can afford to be that when you have Davante Adams on your team. Plus, a healthy Hunter Renfrow will make a big difference in 2023.

Arizona Cardinals

They won’t be on this side of the list if DeAndre Hopkins gets dealt, but for now, Marquise Brown, DeAndre Hopkins, and Rondale Moore is one of the better trios in the game.

Washington Commanders

One of the most underrated groups in football, Terry McLaurin, Jahan Dotson, and Curtis Samuel, are all incredibly talented and dynamic.

Buffalo Bills

Though Gabriel Davis proved to be disappointing in 2022, Stefon Diggs was as potent as ever, keeping Buffalo’s receiver group in the upper echelon.

Minnesota Vikings

Adam Thielen entering free agency casts some doubt on the group, but Justin Jefferson’s record-breaking start to his career and K.J. Osbourne’s development make the group still above average.

Seattle Seahawks

Geno Smith just got paid, and Tyler Lockett and D.K. Metcalf are both huge reasons why. It would be rather ambitious to put the Bears' receivers ahead of them this soon.

Los Angeles Rams

You could make the case the Bears have more depth at receiver, but if Cooper Kupp is 100% that is enough for me to put them here.
