The Chicago Bears will play one more prime time game this season when they head to Minnesota to take on the Vikings on Monday Night Football.

The Bears have looked better than they did early in the year, but is the improvement enough for them to upset to Vikings? If you want to find out the odds for the game as well as my best bet, you can read my full betting preview here.

Bears vs. Vikings Prop Bets

  • DJ Moore OVER 4.5 receptions
  • Cole Kmet OVER 39.5 receiving yards
  • Alexander Mattison UNDER 44.5 rushing yards

DJ Moore OVER 4.5 receptions

DJ Moore thrived in Justin Fields' return to the lineup last week, hauling in seven receptions on nine targets. He's no 5.4 receptions per game and is by far the leading receiver on the Bears. The Vikings defense is allowing 24.6 receptions per game, which ranks 28th in the NFL, so we're going to target Moore receptions instead of receiving yards.

Cole Kmet OVER 39.5 receiving yards

Cole Kmet is averaging 39.9 receiving yards per game this season, which is right where his receiving yards total lands at in this game. Going up against this Vikings defense, I think he has a great chance to go over that number.

The Vikings are allowing 6.4 yards per throw, which ranks 15th in the NFL and he was targeted four times by Justin Fields in his return last week. I expect that number to grow on Monday night.

Alexander Mattison UNDER 44.5 rushing yards

The strength of this Bears team is their ability to stop the run. They lead the NFL in opponent yards per carry, allowing just 3.4 yards per rush. The Vikings would be smart to keep the ball in the air on Monday night. If they try to run the ball, they're in for a tough challenge.

Alexander Mattison is averaging a measly 3.7 yards per rush this season. I think he's going to finish well under 44.5 rushing yards against this Bears stout defense.
