The grind never ends for the Chicago Bears, as they have too many important goals to achieve during the 2026 season, and the young offensive stars on the team are showing that.

Throughout the offseason, multiple offensive players, including Caleb Williams, Luther Burden, Rome Odunze, Jahdae Walker, and Colston Loveland, were seen working out together at USC in California. Williams was working on building timing and chemistry with his young star players.

That group got a bit bigger after OTAs ended; they all got together again recently before training camp. The Instagram account "bearjordan84" shared a couple of photos of the Bears players putting in the work, with rookies Sam Roush and Zavion Thomas joining them.

More work being done with the Bears' core players on offense

This is not the first batch of photos released over the last week with Bears players working out before training camp. Bears offensive tackles Darnell Wright, Theo Benedet and Kiran Amegadjie were seen working with former NFL offensive lineman Terron Armstead, while starting left tackle Ozzy Trapilo was seen in the weight room rehabbing from his playoff injury last season that will cost him a good portion of the 2026 season.

Chicago's offense has good momentum entering 2026 after finishing last year as the sixth-best offense in the NFL and third in rushing. Williams led the way with his franchise-record 3,942 passing yards and led a league-record seven comeback and game-winning drives.

The unit is making sure to stay in sync after losing a key veteran leader in the wide receiver room, DJ Moore, after he was traded to the Buffalo Bills. Those younger guys like Odunze and Burden have to step up and lead the younger guys like Thomas, while showing him the ropes.

Bears fans are going to love hearing that Roush is putting in the work at tight end as well, with many seeing him more as a blocking tight end. If he can show the coaching staff that he can catch the ball with ease, he might earn more playing time.

Entering 2026, this is a critical year for a young team looking to continue progressing and improving. Super Bowl aspirations are top of mind for the Bears players, and they want to make sure they are doing everything they can to achieve their goals.
