5. Terrence Metcalf- G, 2002-2008

Metcalf gets the honor because of the photo loop hole keeping Louis Age out of the top five. But just because Metcalf makes the list on a technicality, doesn’t mean he didn’t like himself some cake. Metcalf was a third round pick by the Bears in 2002 and stayed with the franchise until 2008.

Metcalf’s Bears career was mediocre at best, only being the regular starter for one season, but he was always one of the heaviest men on the roster. Metcalf stood 6’4 and checked in at 325. He wasn’t one to pass on a cheeseburger and used his massive size to stay in the NFL for almost a decade.

While his career was a decent one, it would probably best for all of us to keep that belly under cover.
