Green Bay Packers: Ty Montgomery, Aaron Jones, Jamaal Williams

The Green Bay Packers have about as many questions as the Lions in terms of roles. However, they do get the nod over the Lions with at least proven NFL talent. Ty Montgomery seems to have a shelf life.

He is an impact player when he is on the field. However, he is a bit undersized and showed last season that 20 touches per game are likely a workload too heavy. Montgomery can be used in the passing game and can break big runs. However, his usage is limiting.
Fortunately for them, they have a 1-2 punch behind Montgomery as well. Both Jones and Williams wound up missing parts of their rookie season with injuries. However, both Jones and Williams also proved in their rookie campaigns that they can hang in the NFL.

Williams can pound the ball between the tackles. Jones is a great pass catching threat with decent short space elusiveness. It is a nice compliment, and if the two can take a step forward this is an overall impressive group.

However, all three have injury questions and none of the three have profiled as workhorse backs. There is still a lot to be proven here.
