Justin Fields was obviously a tough player to rank. The Chicago Bears traded up for him, and you could argue they are fortunate he fell as far as he did. Still, Mac Jones went later and did have a better rookie season.

Now, Justin Fields is entering year two and has to learn his second NFL offseason. He is seeing his second head coach and even his second GM. There is a chance that Fields is able to hit the ground running, all of these things are for the best for him, and he can continue to rise this list.

It was his play that forced the Bears to move on from Pace, and Nagy and with Fields as the best asset, he helped make the job more enticing to newcomers.
