Preseason has come to a close for the Chicago Bears, as it ended with a comeback 29-27 win over the Kansas City Chiefs.

Chicago finished the preseason with a 2-0-1 record after back-to-back wins to end it. The story has been the efficiency of the Bears' offense, even if it took the starters a bit to get going against Kansas City. Chicago's defense continues to prove that multiple strengths to their unit will make them good this season

There were a ton of standouts from quarterback Tyson Bagent to defensive end Austin Booker. One player who was not even drafted became the clear winner of the preseason for the Bears.

Jahdae Walker stole the show in Bears preseason

What a great story Walker has become in training camp and preseason for the Bears. He went undrafted in this year's NFL Draft out of Texas A&M and felt like a longshot to make the final roster.

From the first game, he proved his worthiness on the roster as he caught a fourth quarter touchdown against the Miami Dolphins that caught many people's attention.

It was all capped off against Kansas City where he once again made another fourth quarter touchdown reception. This time, it was the game-winner with just two seconds left as he finished with three catches for 37 yards and one score.

Overall for the preseason, Walker finished with eight catches for 98 yards and a team-high two touchdowns in three games. He has proven time and time again during the preseason how good he is on one-on-one coverage and he can beat and out finesse cornerbacks.

While there were other great performances in preseason at wide receiver with Tyler Scott and Joel Wilson, Walker seemed to have separated himself from the rest. That clutch gene in the fourth quarter to make the catch when he needs to is so important to have as a receiver.

It might be tight, but Walker showed enough to have himself in the conversation to make the 53-man roster and there really shouldn't be too much argument about it.
