Green Bay Packers edge rusher Micah Parsons probably shouldn't ever try out at cornerback, as his recent backpedal isn't being bought by Chicago Bears fans.
As the NFL teases the release of the top 100 players list, a promotional video shows players being asked who they think should be number one. Parsons' part came up when he said "The Iceman," the nickname for Bears quarterback Caleb Williams.
Well, Parsons did not like that clip coming out after Packers fans cried about their star player complimenting the Bears star. On his X account, Parsons responded with two words: "Clip farming…. ☠️"
Micah Parsons tried to clarify his comments with a non answer
There's nothing for Parsons to be embarrassed about if he truly thinks Williams is the best player in the NFL. Williams' play shows it on the field after the spectacular throws he made throughout the 2025 season that got everyone excited.
Defenders around the NFL have come out this offseason to admit how tough it is to defend Williams and give the young quarterback his flowers. It's hard to go up against a player of his caliber who can use his legs and make the kind of insane throws he can make with his arm.
Last season, Williams finished with a franchise record 3,942 passing yards with 31 total touchdowns and seven interceptions. The Packers know all too well how good he is, since he is 3-2 as the starting quarterback against Green Bay in his career, including two wins out of three last season, with a Week 16 Bears win and an NFC Wild Card victory.

Parsons better hope he is right about what he said and the NFL is taking that clip out of context, because if he goes on camera and it shows that he actually said Williams should be the best player in the NFL, that is going to be played over and over again for a long time from Bears fans to Packers fans.
