Last year was a great season for the Chicago Bears, as they exceeded expectations, but things in 2026 will be much more difficult for them.
That's because they are about to face a nightmare of a schedule that no other team in the NFL has. The NFL shared the strength-of-schedules for all 32 teams based on 2025 winning percentage, and the Bears have the toughest 2026 schedule in the NFL, with opponents' combined winning percentage at .550.
Here are all the opponents the Bears are going to face in 2026:
2026 Home Games
- Detroit Lions
- Green Bay Packers
- Minnesota Vikings
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers
- Philadelphia Eagles
- Jacksonville Jaguars
- New York Jets
- New England Patriots
- New Orleans Saints
2026 Away Games
- Detroit Lions
- Green Bay Packers
- Minnesota Vikings
- Buffalo Bills
- Miami Dolphins
- Atlanta Falcons
- Carolina Panthers
- Seattle Seahawks
Bears face a near impossible schedule coming up in 2026
It is an absolute gallant of a schedule for the Bears, and even though fans don't know when the games are being played, it's still a tough ask for them to try to accumulate 11 wins again, with them facing eight teams that had winning records in 2025. Not to mention that they are facing seven teams that made the postseason last year as well.
Early rumors are not working in the Bears' favor with their upcoming schedule, as they might face the defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks in Week 1 of the NFL season on the road. That's never an easy task for any of the other 30 NFL teams to do in Seattle, but the Bears might be tested early in the year.

Bears fans will have to wait and see what the final schedule looks like, but they should brace for a tough year, as the team has a lot to prove once again.
