Now the Chicago Bears' offense is starting to cook at training camp with wide recevier DJ Moore's great play.
Bears fans wish there was video to see it, but many of the Bears' reporters online shared one play Moore made that had everyone excited. During 1-on-1 drills at training camp, Bears quarterback Caleb Williams threw a deep ball to Moore as he was matching up against Tyrique Stevenson and made the catch with his helmet falling off.

It appears to be the best play that has been made on day five of Bears training camp so far.

An important play made by Moore to keep Bears offense's momentum going in training camp
This should be good news for Bears fans to hear after having to endure criticism after criticism over the team's poor first three practices of camp. All that was talked about was the pre-snap issues and Williams' inconsistent play.
The Bears at least finished last week on a high note with a solid practice on offense before their day off. No one on the team has displayed any kind of panic or frustration over the early struggles, and that positive mindset is paying off with good workouts.
Moore making that play is big not only for momentum throughout training camp, but also for Williams to have trust in his receivers. Last year was a struggle with some of the guys Williams had to throw it to, including 2024 first-round pick Rome Odunze, who barely caught 50% of his passes.
At least Moore is a reliable target for Williams, who was the team's leading receiver last year with 966 yards and six touchdowns. Moore has always been a reliable number one pass catcher, consistently performing well on the field, whether it is a deep ball or a short completion.
