The youth movement with the Chicago Bears appears to have been a smashing success so far.

Since 2023, the Bears have brought on a ton of great talent, specifically on offense, that has completely changed the course of the franchise. Adding guys like right tackle Darnell Wright, quarterback Caleb Williams, wide receiver Rome Odunze, tight end Colston Loveland, left tackle Ozzy Trapilo, wide receiver Luther Burden III, running back Kyle Monangai, and more has helped set the foundation for the franchise's future.

When looking at all the young talent on the team under the age of 25, there are two players who specifically stand out as the top guys. Bears fans would not argue who they are as well.

Two Bears players under 25 named as top 25 young players in the NFL

CBS Sports writer Tyler Sullivan released his ranking of the top 25 players at the age of 25 or younger. Coming in at number 25 was 22-year-old Loveland, who Sullivan believes has a ton of potential in the future.

"It was a slow burn to begin Colston Loveland's rookie season, but the Bears tight end came on strong down the stretch. His 58 receptions are the most by a Bears rookie tight end in franchise history, and 47 of those catches came over his final 10 regular-season games."

"He's primed to leap into superstardom during his sophomore season in 2026."

In the last four games, including the postseason, Williams targeted Loveland at least 10 times in games. It's clear that the two have strong chemistry, which bodes well for the young tight end, as he will be expected to be the number-one target in this offense.

The other Bears player on the list is the 24-year-old Williams, who made it to number seven in the ranking.

"Williams finally looked like the generational quarterback he was billed as entering the league in 2024 and delivered several clutch moments throughout the 2025 campaign. Entering Year 2 in Ben Johnson's system, it'll be fascinating to see how high Williams can climb among the NFL's quarterbacks."

Williams has already accomplished more than any other Bears quarterback in franchise history in the first two years. He has broken the franchise record for passing yards in a season, led an NFL-record seven comeback and game-winning drives last year, and also won the NFC North with a playoff win over the Green Bay Packers.

The other Bears player mentioned, but was only an honorable mention, was Wright. He is coming off a second-team All-Pro season for the Bears.

Loveland and Williams were the easiest choices to make the list with the potential they have, but more young talent on the Bears will most likely find their names on that list next year with how good this offense can be. Maybe rookie safety Dillon Thieneman could be on that list next year?
