Nobody at Lambeau Field left more frustrated than Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams after his team took a hard 28-21 loss to the Green Bay Packers in Week 14.

Williams had a mixed bag of a game as he completed just 19 of 35 passes for 186 yards and two touchdowns to one interception. He also rushed for 15 yards on four carries in the loss.

After the game, Williams shared a rare side of himself that Bears fans have not seen all year: he was frustrated with the team's performance as a whole. He knows that the mistakes he and the team made cost them the game.

“It’s frustration just because we shot ourselves in the foot more than anything, and so that is where the frustration comes from. We had a great shot early in the game with the interception, defense doing a good job, and then we kind of let them get going. They put up some points on the board, and we had to try and rally, and it’s not always going to work in our favor. We work our tail off to try and not have these situations, but when the situations do come, we gotta try and go make plays and try to come back and make the right plays.”

Williams is on point with team being frustrated with that loss

The truth is, it was an odd game for Williams. He was inaccurate in the first half, as the offense managed only 3 points. In the second half, though, he was making some incredible passes.

There were passes where he hit Cole Kmet on a nice, long pass. The highlight of the game was Williams' touchdown pass to Olamide Zaccheaus in the tightest coverage in the end zone.

Williams deserves to shoulder some of the blame, though, as his interception at the end of the game was on him. He underthrew Kmet in the end zone with a chance to either tie or win the game with under 30 seconds left.

Not all of it is on Williams, though, as there were mistakes on the defensive side of the ball as well. On all three of Jordan Love's touchdown passes, they went for 23 yards on one of them, and the other two were over 40 yards.

That's a game the Bears are going to want back if they can, but there's nothing they can do about it now. One thing about this team this season is that it is resilient and can bounce back from tough losses.
