The mood has shifted in Halas Hall, as the Chicago Bears no longer care about anything other than securing their 10th win of the season.
Chicago is coming off a tough 28-21 loss to division rival Green Bay Packers that put them in an uncomfortable position, barely in the playoffs at 9-4, sitting in the seventh spot in the NFC. That only means there is no room for any errors from this Bears team, especially when it comes to their franchise quarterback, Caleb Williams.
After a rough afternoon at Lambeau Field, Williams has moved on from the game and has his sights on beating the Cleveland Browns in Week 15. Williams shared the one thing he wants to improve on the rest of the season as the team makes their playoff push, and it's pretty simple.
"Starting faster. Sharpening my focus even more."
Williams is ready to clean up his mistakes from the past few weeks
There's no getting around the fact that while Williams has made some incredible plays with his legs and arm, it hasn't been clean. In only four games this season, Williams has completed more than 60% of his passes and has never hit over 70% in a game this year.
His season stats include a 57.8% completion percentage (a staggering 5% down from his rookie season) for 2,908 yards and 19 touchdowns to six interceptions. He's also run for 321 yards and three touchdowns.
The off-target throws have only gotten worse for Williams. Even with that, some of the passes he is making, including the touchdown throw to Olamide Zaccheaus that had Tom Brady losing his mind in the FOX broadcast booth, are an example of why Bears fans have to keep believing in him.
Williams has the natural arm talent and can make throws that not even the top 10% of quarterbacks in the league can. He literally just needs to clean up his accuracy, and he would easily be a top-five quarterback in the NFL today.

The Browns game would be a good step in the right direction for Williams to show off what he can do. He really needs a solid game of throwing the football to prove the doubters wrong about him that he isn't just some athletic quarterback and that he is the real deal.
